Shipping within Australia

Our shipping is carried out by Australia Post. Shipping costs can be estimated at checkout depending on your location.

Shipments by Express Post are expected to be delivered on the next business day to Sydney metro area. Please allow extra time for deliveries to other destinations. For more information, please refer to Express Delivery Network.

Delivery by Regular Post should be expected within 2-7 business days. However, some delays may occur.

International Shipping

Not all shipping options are available to all countries. Available options will be displayed during checkout.

Generally, delivery can be expected within 5-15 business days depending on the destination. However, some delays may occur.

International customers may be required to pay duties and other charges on imported goods, before they can be released by customs. Please note that these charges are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. We will not be responsible for non-delivery of your parcel as a result of your refusal to pay customs charges. If you need more information please check with your local customs authorities.

General shipping terms

Subject to stock availability, goods will be shipped on the same business day if you place your order and complete your payment before 3:00 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Orders received after that time will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders containing items on backorder will be shipped when all items are available for shipping. We advise to place separate orders for items with different delivery time frames if you want some items to be shipped sooner. In some cases, we may use our disctetion to ship some of the items sooner at no extra cost to you.

Shipping time frames for backorders are approximate and are not guaranteed. While we endeavour to adhere to these time frames, we may encounter some delays. If we cannot ship your order in time, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and to discuss appropriate solution where necessary.

We can not ship your order before the full payment is received. Please keep in mind that payments by Bank Deposit and PayPal eCheque may take several days to clear.

All orders will be sent in discreet outer packaging with no mention of the website address. For international orders requiring customs declaration, we will only give vague description of the content (e.g. clothing, apparel).

We reserve the right to split your order into separate packages if we deem it necessary. You will not be charged multiple shipping fees in this case.

We do not normally enclose a printed copy of tax invoice with your order, however, we are happy to provide it on request.

We do not accept responsibility for postal delays as we do not have control over shipping process since the goods left our premises.

Any third party guarantees in relation to delivery timing are provided by relevant third parties and not by us. We will not be liable for failure to fulfil promises in relation to such guarantees.

We will not be responsible for items lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged in transit.
